WVP-131Network Video Server (Video Encoder)

Introduction

WVP-131 is an one-channel H.264 Video Server (IP Video Encoder)
with one 10/100Base-T, RJ-45 port (PoE is an option). It upgrades
traditional analog Camera (either NTSC or PAL type) to an IP
based Security and Surveillance Network. WVP-131 allows both
analog camera and H.264 IP camera coexistence in one IP
network. Welltech provide free of charge 16-channel Central
Management software CMS-Lite-16 to install at Windows OS
platform and allow Security and Surveillance manager to monitor
and record your target network and environments remotely. The
remotely user version of CMS-Lite also provides to visit CMS-Lite
via IP Network.

Moreover, it provides several connectors for RS-485 control
(for Pan/Tilt./Zoom.PTZ application), Audio In/Out, Alarm In/Out
and DC 12V Input/Output for flexible control via Centralized
CMS-Lite-16. Based on De-Centralized and Modularized network
design, analog Camera and additional control accessories can be
expanded unlimited number and at any time. It reduces 50%
installation cost and maintenance cost from analog camera at
coaxial cable network. WVP-131 supports both H.264 and JPEG
Video Codec and up to 30pps@D1 Resolution Display and
Recording.

WVP-131 has PoE option feature on RJ-45 port. To install IP
network with WPoES8262 PoE 24-port Layer 2 management
switch and WVP-191 4-port Gigabit PoE Switch/hub to build an
flexible IP network with Power feeding to WVP-131-1P. It can be
installed on desktop or Wall-Mount and let installation is so easy
whenever and wherever.

Interface Terminal Definition

WVP-131 terminal interface has several ports to detect desired Alarm signal and monitor
remotely Audio signal. Also, it is able to send control signal to control appropriate Alarm out
control signal and sending Audio Out signal. By connection WVP-GPIO Alarm I/O expansion
Module with WVP-131 interface terminal, there are 5 sets of Normal Open (NO) and Normal
Close (NC) dry relay contacts to activate 230V/5A devices. By using CMS-Lite or Commander
station, it is easy to manage Alarm, sensor, security and Surveillance by Video, Audio and
necessary devices to protect your property.
