Introduction

Welltech ePBX-100A is the next generation IP PBX system for small office use. It is also designed to operate on a variety of VoIP applications, such as auto-attendant, voice conference, call transfer, call pick up and IP-based communications. With the tiny box, small, remote office or homes can use it to access the Internet and to make VoIP phone calls.

The ePBX-100A is an  Embedded Asterisk Ready  IP-PBX products. It has built-in 1GB memory to store voice mail. The voice mail personal messages can be retrieved by phone set, Dial in to personnel mail box remotely or listen email server attached voice mail file. 

Each voice mail account has an unique greeting voice file. This greeting voice can be recorded by personnel from phone set or remotely.

ePBX-100A provide CDR ( Call Details Record ) to external IP device for application. The CDR format is compatible with Syslog Server. The CDR messages supports  screen popup for call center application.

The system prompt can be changed to local language easily to meet local IP-PBX market. What you need to do is to record your desired voice prompt and download to ePBX-100A for local language application.

ePBX-100A allow incoming and outgoing call via SIP Trunk to VoIP service provider. An external FXO gateway such as Wellgate 3804A/3802A are needed to LAN port to access to local PSTN line. The IP-PBX extensions such as LP-388, LP-399 IP Phone, Analog gateway such as WellGate 3504A/3504A or 8-port FXS gateway Wellgate 2608 can be connected to LAN port.

ePBX-100A WAN port connect to public Internet to access outside network. The local LAN port provide private IP for extension such as IP Phone and FXS gateway. ePBX-100A route the private IP call ( LAN ) to public IP ( WAN ) automatically. It is not an NAT or router for data or internet browser.
