          - IVR might not able to play voice prompt due to the exhausted file handle
          - VoIP call might not send accounting stop billing message when called party is not answered and calling is disconnected during the time

          - For SIP to SIP calls, incoming SDP response (200 OK or 183/180 SDP) might send duplicate RFC 2833 payload type to calling side
          - Fixed AP crashed when receives NULL H.323 terminal capability from remote side
          - Fixed voice silence issue when IP side IVR is used and  the gateway model is 1 E1/T1
