1. Fixed the wav file playing failure because of unexpected wav format tag in wav file. 2. Fixed transferring call failure if color ring back tone is enabled. 3. Fixed SIPPD occasionally crash if SIP Update message is with SDP. 4. Fixed issue of secondary registered phone transferring failure if subscriber defined parallel ringing. 5. Fixed group pickup failure. 6. Fixed invalid nonce ttl.  7. Fixed issue of no cdr if zero session time is enabled. 8. Fixed memory exhausted issue if parallel ringing is enabled.
