Upgrade Procedure from WellBilling 1.2.1 to WellBilling 1.3.0


Step 1: Upgrade Billing Database for new DB schema
	a. Download database "script upgrade to 1.3.0.zip"
	b. Execute the database script in your database server
     	  Upgrade Script: 
     	     Windows MSSQL 2000: U_V1.3.0_MSSQL_Win.sql
     	     Windows MYSQL: U_V1.3.0_MySQL_Win.sql
     	     Linux MYSQL: U_V1.3.0_MySQL_Linux.sql

Step 2:  Unzip 6600_V1.3.0.zip

 Procedure: 
   http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:10087
    login user: xxxx
    login password: xxxx
    Upgrade the software (Control > Upgrade)
	-file name: billing.bin
	-file name: wwwroot.bin
	-file name: resin.bin
	-file name: osadmin.bin
	
    Click "Upload" button: 
	Display:
	billing.bin---->Successfully
	wwwroot.bin---->Successfully
	resin.bin---->Successfully
		
    Click "Control > System > "Restart" WellBilling 6600
    (After upgraded, please restart WellBilling 6600)
